After noticing my hot tub water dropping, I called A1 Hot Tub and Spa Repair. Keno came out, quickly found the source of the leak, and had me scheduled for repairs within the same week. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Now my spa is leak-free and working perfectly! Highly recommend asking for Keno if you need hot tub or spa repair from A1.
Great company and service. I texted them for service and they messaged right away. The technician was very professional and was able to figure out what was wrong with our jacuzzi. Unfortunately it was our pump. They fixed it and now we are able to enjoy our spa once again. I highly recommend the company.

A1 was AMAZING!! We will definitely use them again. We just moved into our new home and the hot tub was a disaster. They drained and cleaned, installed a new pump and the technician was so kind to give us an orientation. Our spa is working like new. Honestly it is really hard to find people that reliable, show up, don't try to take advantage of prices. I highly recommend A1 Hot Tubs! If you want the job done right! 5 stars! I was able to communicate via text message and receive an immediate quote for the services I needed. Originally, I was scheduled for 3 days out (not bad at all) but they had a cancellation and got me in for the same day; I was very pleased with the customer service up to this point! I was even more pleased with how informational and friendly the technician was upon arrival. She explained the process and even provided some helpful tips along the way! My spa is sanitized, spotless, refilled, balanced with chemicals, and they even applied a protective coat on my hot tub cover. If you're looking for an "A1" job with top notch service, no need to look any further!

Had an issue with my jacuzzi that Jimmy got resolved, I like that he does a diagnostic to see whats wrong before throwing parts at it, Got a call from Francesca to make sure everything was in order, Nowadays, its very rare to get a call from the business owner to make sure you sure happy. Jimmy and Francesca, thank you for reminding me that there still are people out there that care about customer service. Will definitely recommend!!!
I'm giving Al Spa a 5 Star rating due to the excellent customer satisfaction and quality of service I received. A few problems occurred during the project, changing out a worn pump, that were nobody's fault Jimmy, their Tech, did a great job troubleshooting these problems and eventually resolving them, while providing good advice along the way. Stephanie in the office provided the same quality of service when I called her to report the problems, which she helped to resolve to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use them again in the future when my Spa needs service.
I've used A1 hot tubs a few times ever since buying my hot tub. I had an orientation where the tech explained everything I needed to know to monitor and treat the hot tub, temperatures, chemicals, etc.. Recently I had some bizarre substance floating around. They came out and cleaned it perfectly. They are always friendly, professional, and helpful. I'm quoted the price up front. No "surprises". They schedule quickly and send texts when the te h is on their way. This a a company you can trust.
